RIYADH (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's powerful morality police is launching a witch hunt in the birthplace of Islam.
The Authority for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice is setting up special centers in all cities to "register complaints on sorcerers track them and terminate them," the authority's chief Sheikh Ibrahim bin Abdallah al-Ghaith told al-Madinah newspaper.
I am the only person able to see this crazyness? If the Arabs want to kill warlocks, why to wait for just a caotic moment? They have declare the Jihad to a comic artist and they need a special squad to declare a "witch hunt"?
Something else is happening there. Saudi newspapers recently report incidents involving so-called sorcerers, mainly from the Indian subcontinent and Africa.

This has nothing to do with Europe and America during the Burning Times.
Will they torture supposed "sorcerers" and make them "confess" to things they have not done? I dont think so they evidently have power over other people´s life.
But certainly this case rings some bells. The government repression increase, so does the use of the Federal Grand Jury to intimidate, incarcerate and render impotent activists across social movements. In recent years, pressure on the animal rights, environmental justice, anti-war and anarchist movements has increased exponentially around the world.Give it a lateral though.
